Welcome to Nadi Timur Sdn Bhd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, whether you visit our workshop, use our website, or interact with our customer support. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Service Scope

Nadi Timur provides automotive services including but not limited to engine oil changes, diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and parts replacement. All services are performed by trained professionals based on the vehicle information and issues provided by the customer.


2. Booking & Appointments

  • Walk-in customers are welcome, but we recommend appointments to reduce waiting times.

  • Online or phone booking does not guarantee immediate service if there is high traffic at the workshop.

  • Customers are advised to arrive on time. Late arrivals may be rescheduled.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable service tax (SST) unless otherwise stated.

  • Nadi Timur reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Full payment must be made upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, online transfer, or e-wallet.


4. Warranty & Service Guarantee

  • We offer a 30-day service warranty on workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, accident damage, or repairs carried out by third parties.

  • Selected products and parts may come with a manufacturer warranty, subject to their respective terms.

  • Our 30-minute service guarantee applies to minor services only and may not include diagnostic or complex repairs.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and report all known issues.

  • Personal items left in the vehicle are the customer’s responsibility. Nadi Timur will not be liable for any lost or stolen items.

  • Customers must inform our staff if the vehicle is under any specific manufacturer warranty before repairs begin.


6. Limitations of Liability

Nadi Timur shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

  • Damages caused by pre-existing issues not disclosed during inspection.

  • Loss of data or settings in car electronics due to diagnostic or repair processes.


7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Refunds are subject to management approval and are only applicable in cases of service failure or parts defects.

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if we fail to meet promised deliverables on eligible services (terms apply).


8. Use of Website & Digital Communication

  • When using our website or contacting us via WhatsApp, you agree not to misuse our platform.

  • We may use your contact information to send service reminders or promotions unless you opt out.


9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
